Vision Board Journaling Workshop

Welcome to our Vision Board Journaling experience!

Vision boards are a powerful, artistic way to organize your goals using words, images, and symbols that inspire and motivate you.

Join us for a quarterly guided workshop led by the amazing Juanita Johnson and myself on Saturday, January 25th, from 2 PM to 4 PM. This session is designed to help you creatively map out your intentions and stay on track toward your dreams in 2025.

Juanita will be using a variety of journaling prompts and exercises to help you gain clarity of our goals. I will then guide you in the power of visual imagery. Whether you prefer physically writing in a journal, assembling your vision on a board, or a combination of both, this workshop has you covered!

What to Bring:
A Journal:
A plain writing journal, which can also double as your Vision Board.

Your Backdrop: A poster board is a budget-friendly option and a great base for your Vision Board masterpiece.

Inspiring Graphics/Photos:
Collect images from your phone, magazines, or online that resonate with your goals and dreams. Your magazine clippings will set the tone for your entire vision—choose wisely! (Tip: Find magazines that cover every area of your life.)

Creating Tools:
Bring scissors, tape or glue sticks, pins, colorful pens or pencils, and a nice writing pen to bring your vision to life.

Quotes & Inspirational Images:
Words have power! Collect quotes that inspire you or capture the essence of your goals.

Embellishments:
Add a touch of flair to your board with stickers, fabric, charms, or anything else that feels special to you. Embellishments are like jewelry for your vision!
